I love Britney's verses but for some reason it feels so "empty" and uninspired like the instrumental sounds so basic it sounds very rushed it's like the Verses pre-chorus chorus don't match together
This... ain't great. I mean, it isn't awful, and she was wise not to give Iggy a huge part, but the verses are almost non-existent, and the chorus isn't an immediate one, but it doesn't seem like a song that will pummel the non-catchy song into your head (Love You Like A Love Song, Talk That Talk etc). Not my thing.
It does kind of sound like Sucker era Charli, but she was channeling old school Britney for it so I don't know if that is a bad thing. It is a cute bop. It is nothing astoundingly fresh like Britney's usual singles, but it is a fun summer song and I use.
I can't @ the best part of the song ruined like that.
