Well, it's obvious that several people (Chris, Rihanna etc) on this list can sing a song and sound pretty good, but I think they're saying they can't sing as in they can't sing well enough that they should be paid millions of dollars for it. There are millions of people who can sing as well as the people on this list, so I feel like they're saying they can't sing
