Graffiti “artists” are taking vandalism to new heights — flying drones to mar some of the Big Apple’s tallest and most expensive billboards.
Local tagger KATSU used the high-tech gadget to spray-paint a six-story Calvin Klein billboard featuring model Kendall Jenner in Soho Wednesday night, a *bizarre video reveals.
To launch the aerosol attack, he attached a can of red spray paint to a drone and blasted the image of Jenner’s face via at Houston and Lafayette streets via remote control, he told Wired magazine.
“It was a bit tense. It turned out surprisingly well. It’s exciting to see its first potential use as a device for vandalism,” an unrepentant KATSU, who also creates art on canvas, told the magazine.
