Mmm nothing wrong with a Christian upbringing. But then again, in this day and age they could find themselves being taught by an imam next grade. So yes, maybe it's better to keep religion out of the school.

What the school did was disgusting and she was not squashing religion, but squashing a school handing out a book like that.

And I even said that she shouldn't have handed out the bible. My point is that the boy isn't traumatized. It's also common sense that this WILL attract negative attention to her and her son from the community whether it's deserved or not. The situation itself truly wasn't a horrendous rights infringement (being placed into contact with a bible just isn't that traumatic). You're better off just dropping it and not sueing over it

Is there any proof the boy isn't traumatized though? The kid is an atheist and he probably has the same views as his mother if she shares mine ( Christianity is an evil religion and children should not be exposed to it. ). I would be over it but no one knows how the kid even reacted. I also wouldn't drop it, since a teacher handing out a book like that (especially religious material when kids have different religions) isn't the best thing to do but thankfully you agree with me on that.
