It's one on one unless you want to say it very slowly and with emphasis on each word for whatever reason.
Oh okay! Now all I have left to do is to actually apply this technique to my lyrics because I usually write whatever comes to mind and make sure the syllables and rhymes match up and it makes sense *to me* before I submit. I just find it difficult to put stuff into words knowing the meter/stress has to be on point
