Def Jam literally babied her to success. No one at Roc Nation is gonna do that. That's the catch. You want to be like Bey, Jay, Kanye, J. Cole, etc and wear your artistic license as a badge, well then you better own everything that comes with it.
Rih is NOT a business woman. She is NOT an artist. She wanted to sit at the grown up table w/o the putting in the work. So this is what she has to deal with. It's not Roc Nations fault. It's hers alone for trying to copy someone 10x more talented and smart than she.
The attempt with Westbury Road was so transparent. A Parkerwood knock off. But I'm glad she tried it... Or she would have been kept fed easy hits.
