She does weird things too much
I feel like she could go the theater route and be more successful like Nicole Scherzinger has been doing recently. They both had their blips with pop stardom and they have really technically proficient singing voices, but neither really has what it takes to become a full fledged pop star.
Her face is really mature. She looks like she's in her late 30s or early 40s, but like she's really good looking for that age, kind of like Gwyneth Paltrow. But she definitely doesn't look 27. As a result, it looks like she's trying to look cool, without being able to pull it off authentically. It's hard to explain. Everything she does seems to be "targeting the kids" and "what the kids think is cool" rather than coming from a place of genuine artistry, and what she herself finds cool.
Again, it's hard to put in to words. She just seems very mature and from the generation above us.
