It looks like crap and I'm not here for the advertisements in the Start panel or the Windows Store cowdung or this childish "Cortana" and bright colours everywhere.

Aero desktop experience. Authentic, Energetic, Reflective, and Open. Aero or Aero Glass as many people call it because of the translucent glass like effects. Introduced in Vista removed in Win8 but not really if you want to add it back there are ways.
Just Google AERO Glass and view images and you will see.

I just really hope your real name isn't Abel because if I have to talk to a rep in that store one day and it's on the name tag I'm just gonna be like "OMG R U FROM ATRL HII" I have no chill. But don't worry, I only go to that mall for Sephora and then I leave, the chances of me stepping into that Microsoft store is pretty slim unless I'm there to make a purchase which hasn't happened yet lol.
