Since this member is claiming to have Act II, I have some tea that mindtrappa spilled about Act II on popjustice forums. Basically, Interscope were all up for releasing Act II but they didn't know how to do it because they couldn't do it via the app. So he suggested ideas to them about how to do it and he got a good response to them but alas it didn't happen

Act II wasn't released because of Gaga's health and her image not being stable. It wasn't intented to be an app album, it was a full fledged release and after ARTPOP she needed a break, C2C was the right thing to do.

I was hired to observe a few online forums during the ARTPOP era, that's all I can say. I can't tell how I got these tracks.
