My guy sim got pregnant by being abducted at night by aliens (no mod installed).

So I have a quick question. I recently bought the physical copy of the game (huge mistake after playing it) with the sims 3 I was able to resell the game & I've even purchased a few used game.

If i was to sell the game on ebay could the buyer play the game? I've visit the sims forum & there seems to be an unclear answer some said yes others said no, you have to be connected to the origin account to access the game. I'd hate to sell the game to someone if they couldn't play it

If you registered it he would would be able to install it but not register it. You would have to make sure he has the activation code.

Trying to "find" a working copy of Get To Work is such a hassle

I kinda wish they brought back reputations. Your sim would've had a reputation for being lose which would have made it harder for sims to sleep with you.

I absolutely hate the introduction of aliens in this game, my male sim has been abducted by aliens 3 times within the space of 7 days (sims time)

I usually don't play around with the supernatural elements of the sims, it just doesn't intrigue me, but I decided I would keep one alien baby (which I did, and they're completely useless) I sent the other 2 alien babies back to their home planet, but now it's just annoying my male sim always being uncomfortable, always fat, looking like a bloated whale. My male sim is outside a lot, because I thought I'd make him build a spaceship, see what kind of interactions that could entail, but being outside raises your rape level to like 100.

Yeah, this was a coding error on their behalf and they fixed this with the patch. Apparently, they increased the chance of male pregnancy to test it, and they didn't change it back before the release date. So every male was pretty much getting abducted if they went outside. Some people even said they were being abducted as soon as they left the house, or even as soon as they came back from work.

Aliens have pretty much always been useless, I feel like they feel like they need to include them because of TS2, but in reality Aliens were just something unique to Strangetown's story and now it's overkill that they have to try and do new things with them. There is only so much they can do with them before it starts feeling like a SciFi game.

I have already heard people say that being able to visit the Alien's home world has already put them off the game, as it's just too much fantasy for them.

I love Sixam tho. 10/10 would raise an Alien family there if I could.

They usually include those in Expansions, because a lot of people dislike them. Mainly because they are considered "anti-sandbox" which means the game tells you what your Sim can and can't do.

So for storytelling purposes, your Sim gaining a reputation may stop you from being able to do things, which is not what people may want in a game like The Sims.

People already complain that they dislike that Traits can mean Sims are incompatible. Aka, your Sim will have an amazing relationship with someone in The Sims 4, but if their traits aren't compatible, the Sim will refuse all romantic interactions. Even if she's feeling flirty etc.
