I'm learning to speak Mandarin right now, and won't even bother with learning to read or write it until I can at least hold a basic conversation.

Oh yes I agree as speaking only, Japanese is the easiest. It does have tones believe it or not, but that's only important in Classical Japanese and most natives don't even worry about tones these days
As a whole though I consider Korean the easiest
