Be honest. Do the ball test, just cup your balls and sniff. Does it smell?

A day? No more than once. My balls do not smell. But I live in England where it's always cold anyway so idk about people elsewhere.

I shower every 3 days. Showering daily destroys your bodies natural oils and is actually really harmful for you skin.

If I go out, 2 times. Because I have this habit of showering as soon as I get home.
If I'm home the whole day, once. I'm just sitting doing nothing, there's no need for multiple showers.
