Obviously, it's eclectic on a very, very, very small scale.
but if it was any bigger, the whole "stan wars" thing probably wouldn't work. I'd love to see LA introduce a challenge similar to this, except with artists like Tink and Mac DeMarco; it would (probably) require more research on the contestants end, and add a level of 'trying to convince the judges to listen to the artist'
