So I recently have been stressing over a lot of things. Between finals and work, I've just about had enough of everything in my life. I used to go to the gym to work off the stress, but I guess that routine wore off and felt boring. Then I reverted back to eating myself out of stress, and that led me to nowhere but weight gain. I'm just wondering if anyone can think of a way foe me to relieve some stress in a healthy way. I'm going to go back to the gym here again soon. But sometimes just that alone doesn't help. Any suggestions are helpful...
