In my experience, it's not always at 11PM on the dot that it refreshes. I think it can take a few minutes. So the minute-by-minute countdowns here may not be accurate, but it'll be 11PM or shortly after. And yeah, sometimes searching doesn't work at first, but someone somewhere will post a link and it'll spread.
