I don't see how anyone could disagree with the earlier article.

In my personal experiences, I know people that haven't bought hair magazines with black people on them because they thought the processes wouldn't apply to their hair

If you ever look through a "mainstream" hair magazine, they use pictures of famous white bottle blondes and edit the pictures so that they have very slight tans. They're always in the same pose, too.

I'm sorry I did but I was still hurt and confused about it and wanted to clear it up. I shouldn't have because now I've ruined this thread

I know they were strange but I've explained it was just a big misunderstanding. Please, believe me I don't and would never think like what you said. I just hate racists and it really hurt me to be accused of being one.

Tamia wasn't mainstream here, her only song that made the top 100 was Into You (so a feature), and even then it only peaked at #18. And anyway it doesn't really matter how mainstream anyone was a decade ago, I'm 14 so I was barely alive when they were
