Its because they included her in I Love the 2000s which came out in like december 2009. She was apart of the year 2009. I remember at the time thinking it was dumb because everything they were talking about had literally just happened. They were like "2009 was the year of Gaga remember?" and it still was 2009. So I was like okay.
