Getting dates would be much easier because girls are expected to be approached. My introverted personality makes that extremely difficult. It's also more accepted for girls to have "male" interests as well as girly hobbies compared to guys.
But having a higher chance of being raped or assaulted, dealing with periods, and sexism (lower pay, not being taken as seriously) is something I'm glad I don't have to deal with. Having to handle my parent's over protectiveness would be a pain as well.
When considering all the factors, I'd rather be male and I'm happy being one.
If I were a boy my life would be easier in 95% of ways. The only way it would really be more difficult would be with me being bisexual, and it is more acceptable for a female to be bi than a male. Being female has taught me what it's like to be discriminated against though, and I feel that's made me more openminded. I shudder to think of how potentially ignorant I would be if I were a male.
