Madonna being at the TIDAL conference was reason enough for Gaga not to go. It being a non-free version of Spotify to make Jay-Z even richer would be another.

I sort of love that anything Gaga does/gets (wins another Grammy, performs at the Oscars to critical acclaim, gets a lead role on AHS, sells 1M copies of a jazz album, gets a Songwriters HOF Icon award) makes the same stan bases go full retard.
