1.) Remove anything and anyone from your life that is making you feel like that. They are clearly not good for you.
2.) If something has happened in your life to make you feel like that, talk to someone. Don't keep it to yourself, there are lots of volunteer places who can listen and help, as well as your doctor.
3.) at your lowest ebb, you do think and feel things that you normally wouldn't. Once you get through it, you realise how amazing life actually is & you will be so much stronger and happier knowing you defeated the dark feelings and thoughts that plagued you.
4.) suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. The problem will pass, believe me.
5.) Surround yourself with friends and family, lay off alcohol and unhealthy food for a bit, take vitamins and relax.
6.) you're a beautiful person and deserve the best. The best is just yet to come.
