In my area of nyc (washington heights) its pretty much all dominican, so I was wondering if you guys ever met a dominican before? What are your opinions on them and do you find them cute?

Yes, the majority is dark-skinned (not black), but there are a lot of white-skinned Dominicans as well, like me.
