Thats not a good pic of him and he needs a haircut or at least trim this sides.
But anyways he's like 16 years old and those tweets were when he was 13/14, people make mistakes especially at that age.
I don't really believe this. He can apologize all he wants but it doesn't mean anything unless he shows somehow that he has changed and simply getting a quick photoshoot to look good isn't a way to do that.
