Okay. The best I have found is a link about a CD/DVD ROM collection of Billboard's Honor Roll Of Hits Charts from 1945-1958. I have two things I have to get written before I go to bed, so I have to get started on them. Here is the link. I messaged Ari, so hopefully he will share the link where he found his information. This website does verify the Honor Roll Of Hits was the Billboard music chart that combined the airplay, sales, and jukebox charts, so it is in fact the precursor of the Hot 100.
