I was in my high schools environmental club for 4 years, named most environmentally friendly student, was involved in several EPA funded projects, was an environmental studies major in college for 3 years (still graduating with a minor in it).
But in the past 2 years I've become so apathetic. I feel like most environmental activists are so delusional about the publics concern for the environment. Money and saving money are the only things people will ever care about. I do think that humans are the bane of the earth's existence, but maybe someday humans will just kill everything, including themselves, leaving another ecosystem to flourish in its place.
