This was just updated again from then and Taylor kept her title.
Katy was @ 72m (Taylor 77m at that time).
Both of their stats got updated. Taylor now @ 84m and Katy now @79m.
Bad Blood is coming to widen the gap even further.

She'll never lose the top spot, to be honest. If all her certs were completely up to date I have no doubt she'd be well over 100x Plat including streaming, and ahead of every other artist.

In terms of actual single sales Taylor's at 83m or so Rihanna's 2nd with 76-77m and Katy's 3rd with 68-69m.
So the top 3 slay anyway.
