SN tour: walks through crowds and touches their hands
Red tour: Has her tour dancers carry her through the crowd
1989 tour: she forgoes it entirely and has a catwalk that leads ha from the main to b stage.
Her ascension to untouchable Pop star status has been nothing but seamless.
You have to realize that the more popular she gets, there will be more wackos out there that could potentially cause harm. So perhaps, she is taking that into account. I know it sounds crappy, but, she has no choice! If she were in a totally secure place, then she would probably still hug her fans like she did on the Fearless tour.
