Nope. We're "pretending" that Kitana is actually a better fighter all-around than her close combat, cheap teleporting ass, half-bred sister… or did you and 80% of the "gamers" in here forget that this was a fighting game?

Besides, if we were choosing based on personality, what's with the Frost and Li Mei fascination? They have no character build whatsoever… even when they added them into the current story, they still maintain to be the blandest and most useless characters to exist in MK history… and that's counting the 10+ Scorpion/Kitana ripoffs…

I'll admit that Kitana was a better character to use in MK9, but she isn't nearly as good in this game. Her variations are really weird and her combos aren't that good. Also, she was getting her ass kicked in story mode just as much as much as Mileena.

I agree with your second paragraph though. I don't really like Frost and the only thing that comes to mind when I think about Li Mei is her village. But that's more of a 3D era problem overall. None of the characters created after MK4/Gold have good stories.

Sis being pissed over a character death in this franchise is like being pissed Wolverine died in the X-Men comics. Both are coming back soon (Mileena's probably returning in the very next game lmfao).

Has anyone noticed how Kitanas personality changed in this game. She's way more stuck up and snobbish in this game as opposed to Mileena, who seems to genuinely care for her sister.
I kind of feel bad for Mileena in MKX, everyone around her hates her.

And like I stated before, they're both becoming the female versions of Scorpion and SubZero. With Kitana taking the "Muh VenGeance!!1!" route against Raiden, and Mileena essentially wanting to restore her sister judging by the intros and asking LK to take care of her.

They really are. Especially since there are like hundreds of Mileenas to begin with. So, there will probably be a clone and Noob version of Mileena next game.

BTW, what happened to Sindel and Smoke after the end?

I loved how in this game Mileena wanted to separate Edenia rather than merging it with Outworld. Like there's just some real character development going on and I feel she's not just the childish crazy evil bitch she used to be before but she's actually doing her best to do the right thing. I really hope one of her other clones returns to MK 11 she's such an interesting character .

She was basically using them bc everyone else betrayed her. I mean even Kotal mention that Tanya shouldn't be so trusting of Mileena. all she was focused on was regaining her throne at any means necessary; don't know how that translates to her actually caring about freeing Edenina but ok.
