Detroit.
Amazing hipster dive bars, great museums, great local art scene, and amazing food.
Not the best city to visit, but there is a lot of amazing things going on underneath the "rundown" exterior the media gives the city.

I imagine that Chicago is the best out of the 3, ive only been to philly. Ill never go within a 500 mile radius of Detroit.
