George was William's grandfather, so it would make sense if the baby is a girl, that they'd name her Elizabeth or similiar in relation to his great grandmother, grandmother and Kate's family (five members in total). Otherwise John, Thomas or James.
I think it's another boy though, seeing as there are a lot of princes in the family. William 1/1, Charles 2/2, Philip 3/4.
Alice was The Queen's mother-in-law, so I don't quite understand why that name would be chosen over Elizabeth.
