What do you all think about a sober person sleeping with a drunk person? What would you call that?
How drunk are we talking? I'm only asking because I've had drunk sex before. If I can see that you're heavily intoxicated, even if you agree to sex, I'm not going to do it b/c I've had friends that caught in some ****ed up **** the day after.

Heavily intoxicated. Don't judge me but I was watching this Lifetime movie where this girl was heavily intoxicated and accused the guy of rape. He said that she wanted to go home with him, but she said she never agreed to sex and couldn't remember the next morning. They couldn't test her for roofies because it had been a few days or something.

Yup. This same exact scenario happened to one of my friends. Thank God for her best friend being able to tell her that she agreed because in a lot of these cases, they side with the women. I try to stay away from the really drunk girls/guys just to be safe.
I feel like if you're completely sober, you shouldn't want to have sex with a drunk person. I could understand tipsy, but when someone is visibly intoxicated... why?

I would be so weirded out and ashamed to be taken advantage of like that. These Lifetime movies are low-key good, though.
