Discussion: An ATRL without .gifs

The update finally arrives
ATRL is new, refreshed, updated, sleek, fast and has a gorgeous lay-out
But with the update comes bad news
.gifs are NOT allowed to be used anymore
Every time a member posts a gif, they get warned with 3 permanent warning points.

What would follow?
