She needs to make more Crossover Pop/Urban music. Also experiment with some different genre's. I'm not saying ditch urban but if she could marry urban with a slightly different style of music (pop rock, jazz, country) then I think she would be fine.
More straight up pop ballads with a a catchy hook also
