I have to agree with him being an over-actor. I'm kind of worried that his Joker performance will tread the line of being cartoonish.

Sidenote: The J.Law obsession though.

Joker is a cartoon figure though?

Anyway I don't think he'll come close to Jack Nicholson but I disagree with Leto being a bad actor. Playing that Rayon character wrong would've not only pissed a lot of people off but it would've marginalized the entire movie. He did very well.

Lights and Waves

Jared Leto is very overrated and had that "it-girl" thing going for him when he won the oscar. His performance in that movie was not memorable by any means.

I think Jared Leto will do a good job but probably not on Ledger's level.

His obsession is cute though. While JLaw continues to get critically acclaimed roles, he can continue posting his Fassbender gifs being pressed.
