Fire Katie Hopkins - Petition
Katie Hopkins has done it once again, with an extremely offensive article in The Sun.
This sparked The Independent to go on the attack against her, in which they compared her comments to those of Hitler.
Katie Hopkins has just written a piece so hateful that it might give Hitler pause – why was it published?

A bit strong to compare Hopkins to Hitler? Read her column on page 11 of yesterday’s Sun.
“Rescue boats? I’d use gunships to stop migrants”. That was The Sun's headline, written apparently without concern.
She then refers to migrants in Calais who try to board trucks heading to Britain as “a plague of feral humans”.
She proposes an Australian approach to migrants on boats. “They threaten them with violence until they bugger off, throwing cans of Castlemaine in an Aussie version of sharia stoning”.
“What we need are gunships sending these boats back to their own country”.
“Some of our towns are festering sores, plagued by swarms of migrants and asylum seekers, shelling out benefits like Monopoly money”.
“Make no mistake, these migrants are like cockroaches. They might look a bit “Bob Geldof’s Ethiopia circa 1984”, but they are built to survive a nuclear bomb. They are survivors”.

After the anti-Katie Hopkins article was shared over 30,000 times going viral, it was the top Twitter trend and it sparked outrage from everyone, including celebrities.

Katie needs to stop with these types of articles/remarks. She's not being cute with her constant controversial, against-the-grain comments. She's a sick woman that seriously needs some psychological help. Happily signed the petition.

I don't support migrants from EU-countries who just want to make more money in the new country. Some of those people are so homophobic and they just scare me and I don't think that they really care for our culture where the fight for women, gay and minority rights is very important for many people.
But migrants from Africa really need us. We are one of the reasons why their countries are so unstable. These people can't change their situation alone. I would do the same thing If I would be in their situation.

Please, we all know Katie intentionally wrote this article the way she did.
It's one thing to want firm immigration policies, but when you start saying humans, or "cockroaches", that have the choice between facing death in war zones and attempting to immigrate, need to be pushed back with violence and brute force, there's a serious issue. She is an inconsiderate, prejudice mess - and her views don't need to be infecting the millions that read The Sun.

The number of illegals who are actual refugees is shockingly low. When immigrants are receiving more welfare than actual tax paying citizens, you know you have a problem.

There are some kinks in the system that need to be addressed, I don't think anyone is denying that.
