The only example mentioned was Harlem Shake, that song didn't smash because of the song and even if it did Dark Horse came more than a year later

And for the ones saying no song used trap after Dark Horse aside from Black Widow, we also have Get On Your Knees, 7/11, Bitch Better Have My Money, that Nick Jonas' song that was already posted and even unknown artists like Bonnie Anderson's Blackout.

Can someone at least post a trap song by a popgirl that went top 10 before Dark Horse? top 20? top 40? released as a single?

That applies for every popgirl, no one that likes rock music talks about Kelly or Avril, no one that likes EDM talk about Lady Gaga or Britney Spears, etc.

Still missing the point, the only valid song you mentioned is Born This Way because that hit the top 10, problem is you didn't provide a source saying it has trap influences.

Unlike typing Dark Horse Trap on Google, Born This Way Trap isn't showing a source that refers to BTW as trap.

I said the album not the song. But Judas is a top 10 and has a easily recognizable trap breakdown.

DH didn't start trap, didn't make a genre a "trend!" , and isn't a trap song. No sources say anything other than it having trap influences - like 100s of other songs before it.

Harlem Shake = the SONG went number ONE for FIVE weeks and that song has more trap elements than DH wishes it had
