Like, how do you let them know you like them or how do you know?
I was with a group of friends and we were planning stuff to do. Haven't known them for long. The thing is, one of them is the guy I like.
We were planning for something on the same day as I work. And I said I couldn't go because I worked and he was like: "But what time do you get out? Can you go out the next day? Do you have your schedule with you? Can you request time off?" Why would he be interested in ME going? We don't know each other that well. And that's not all, the girls in the group were saying how HARD it was to be married and she said: "You guys will never know unless you are with a dude.".
When she said this, ME AND HIM BOTH LOOKED AT EACH OTHER 
Is that me dropping a hint?
How do you all do this?!
But sometimes I just look them in the eye, I cant help it. Again, it's also a win-win situation. Not like someone can accuse you of liking them just because u look at them
