The songs she's known for (Fancy and Boom Clap) sound nothing like BTR and Famous, Doing It is a nice pop song but one that would need to ride on the wave of a pre-single's success. And Charli didn't have a smash yet, at least not on her own.

Also her live shows are not all that, I hate to say this but I think she needs to learn from Katy Perry, they're pretty alike, especially if we're comparing her with OOTB Katy.
Katy may not be a great dancer and she can't belt, but she does put on an entertaining show, she has a cleaner image but if Charli wants to be bigger she needs to give her 'rebellion' persona a rest.

Also she did a 180 between Sucker and True Romance, so with that she lost a lot of her previous fanbase that could've bakced her up.
