I've listened to the album 4 times already and I love it (you can stream it on NPR's website)
Some songs are growers but most of the songs are amazing from first listen. This Feeling and Gimme All Your Love are my favorites so far.
The best songs are the ones where Britanny's voice shines the most. The instruments driven songs are the growers like Greatest, Future People etc...

Gimme All Your Love has been slaying me since last year (they've been performing it live for almost a year now) and I finally have the studio version.
