I don't mean excessive staring to just one person, just looking around person to person. You can look pretty dumb if you spend the whole presentation looking away to the wall or, worse, the ceiling or floor.

It's very interesting many members criticize some of the artists in here for not always being at their best, speaking in front of large audience, when they can barely overcome a class presentation. A lot of projection going on, as always.
Anyway to answer, this thread, my studies permitted me to improve my public speaking skills but it's really not something that comes naturally to me... Last week, I had to make a speech during a wedding and it was mortifying to say such personal words in front of a crowd. But the results were worth it and most of the people got the point I tried my best to convey!
