30 years ago compared to now? How often do we get a marriage to last beyond 5 years in this generation? I hate when people use the "My parents have been married for 20+ years". They were not married in the age where your personal relationships are damn near managed online via social media. From pictures, statuses, etc, everything is disconnected. These are different times.
