Carly Rae Jepsen's "All That" had some great potential. It's not bad, but it's also not good. Either the record needs to be sped up a little bit or the speed can remain the same, but that means the production needs to be more interesting. With the production being so repetitive in combination with the speed being too slow, "All That" becomes extremely monotonous by the second verse and feels like you're trudging through molasses. Just goes to show you, Drake makes slow/mid-tempo construction look easy. It takes skill to execute correctly without becoming instantly bored of the record.
