Yes yes yes!! I've loved them since I was a kid. I prefer to unshell them myself.
My new love however is pistachio ice cream. It's so hard to find around here unless I go to an Asian store and get kulfi.

They're perfect but understandably expensive since I believe most of the ones sold in the US are imported

They're expensive in the UK too
. My parents usually get stuff like Pistachios, almonds, cardamom and some spices from Pakistan when they go.

Ugh so lucky. 99% of the Pistachios grown in the US are from California. Portugal must have a similar climate.
