RihannaDaily just announced that American Oxygen is going to be released as her third single (their words, straight from her team) this Thursday on iTunes. Given the fact that:

1. There's still no name for the album, nor is there a release date or pre-order option on iTunes.
2. No one thought/considers 45Seconds to be the album's first single, and it didn't really do anything.
3. BBHMM just came out, isn't picking up enough steam, doesn't have a music video out.
4. AO2 is being released on a Thursday, getting only 3 days of sales and probably won't even be out on Spotify.

It is sort of messy. I liked every song released so far but something is missing... I don't see that bonafide "Rihanna single" yet that is bound to smash. I know she has them so I just want to know what the game plan is
