Say, if another race of people were to carry out a plan to execute someone for just being 'white' then yes, that is an example of racism in the finest. But if a white person was to be called the word "cracker" I doubt they would be affected as much as a black person being called the N word.
In Africa thats another story, but its also confusing since white people came to Africa and there has been a lot of conflict since.
