I certainly hope a gay rapper does make it big with a good song, album, etc., cause I can't by any means say I'm a fan of any of the vids posted in here. :/
And unfortunately, I'd have to agree that they'd have to make a splash BEFORE comin out, at least in this day and age. It'd be cool if they were out already, but I dunno if it's doable yet. Things are changin, slowly, but changin nonetheless

Yes there will be. But it all depends on the subject rapper.

But I think a socially conscious lupe fiasco type gay rapper could be huge.
Yeah, I'm not here for a stereotypical gay rapper. No one needs a gay version of Lil' Kim or Nicki. The general public would drag him for filth I don't think there will be ever a Gay Eminem or Kanye but someone like J. Cole or Kendrick would be pretty cool. The young gay people need a role model tbh. The environment in the gay community right now is depressive imo.
