Nah, I think people are going to have resentment towards Born This Way for all the petty reasons. I can see people appreciating some of the standout tracks like The Edge of Glory and You and I though. On the other hand, I think people are gonna be more sympathetic towards the ARTPOP campaign because they'll realize how accessible and relaxed the album is compared to BTW and they'll also realize how wrong they were for writing it off. Unless there's this cultural appreciation of something BTW embodied, then i could agree with you, but that hasn't happened yet.
I mean, whenever there's a discount on iTunes, BTW is the album that barely charts while the others make huge leaps. I think it says a lot.
