Sexism, there's little to no difference between male nipples and female nipples yet we are shamed and forced to cover up by law simply because of our gender. Although women can freely walk around in NYC topless anywhere men can and the world hasn't stopped because of that which just shows people freak out over anything.
Because breasts are considered secondary sex organs I guess, much like testicles. Perhaps men should start wearing PLUNGING TROUSERLINES that accentuate their balls for all to see.
