Yep it was, in the USA and worldwide. Besides her new album "Sugar & Spice" which she released in Japan in 08-09. "Wo!" did great, and "Fallen" was a mediocre hit, not as big, but it was known. She hasn't flopped yet, so I don't know why everyone is talking about her badly just because she hasn't released in awhile.

Check Lock U Down...it only peaked at #101...on the R&B chart...
She even cancelled the release of her 2007 Liberation album because she didn't have a single hit from that album

Yeah it did, but it had no promo. She didn't even perform the song, it was predictable. And she didn't cancel "Liberation" because of the single, she canceled it because she left the label after they wouldn't promote her. She's signed with Manhattan Records now.
