Oh we are doing favorite seasons again?
Mine are Asylum >>> Freakshow > Murder House >>>>>> Coven.
Hopefully Hotel will be as good as Asylum, maybe even better. Though I love every cast member so far I'm afraid Ryan will turn this season into another campy mess like Coven.
My favorite in the sense that I know it has the best story and acting and resolution would definitely be asylum. But my favorite as far as entertainment value and how often I rewatch certain episodes is coven.

I don't, you only have to watch the Paleyfest vids of them asking if she's coming back and the producer blatantly tapping his lips telling her to say nothing
Wasn't kathy only in Coven and Freak Show? I don't remember her in murder house or asylum...same with Emma. So they're about equally relevant on the show

A member of the GP in my theatre class is watching through the AHS seasons now, and brought it up in class. I asked her if she knew about Gaga for Hotel, and she said she was excited and that Gaga was the reason she decided to watch the show.
Even though the Emmys consistently do Frances wrong, Kathy really did have the best acting of her, Frances and Angela that year.
Frances has NEVER been done justice. I do think Franny shoulda won both years she was nominated; Kathy was great as Delphine, but Frances as Myrtle >>>
(like Evan, Lily, Sara, Emma etc.)
