Yeah I always take it with a grain of salt when somebody claims they "made a song in such and such time". Even when Sia said it about Diamonds it wasn't exactly true. Usually they're talking about from concept to initial demo stages, then the songwriter leaves and the producers finish the song over the next few days.

Yeah to you BBHMM seems so weird to be wrote in 3 hours but to the writer it's different.
Get up off your ass and start studying music.
Writers don't just write lyrics.
Producers don't just make instrumentals.
There's a difference between a Executive Producer & a Producer.
Do you even know what a Composer or a Sound Engineer is?

Honestly, I do not see much shock in writing a song in 3 hours, I mean, I can do that. Though many successful songs were written in less than a hour...under 30 minutes even. If you know what you want for your song and it turns out well, then spending ~20 mins on a song is not even unbelievable.

It's also not such a short amount of time to go "So that's why it's so bad lol!!1!". I'm not a fan of the song myself, but I don't think I would be even if she spent her whole entire 3 year hiatus trying to make this one song her magnum opus.

And yet some pop girls and writers can write masterpieces in under 30 mins, but this takes 3 hours?
